Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Shofar Bot collects, why, for how long, and how you exercise your rights as a data subject, in compliance with LGPD (Brazil's Law 13,709/2018) and the GDPR.
What data we collect
We collect only what's needed to run the bot: your Discord user id, username, avatar, and — if you grant that scope during login — your email address. We also store the content you create in the dashboard (drafts, templates, and scheduled embeds) tied to the Discord server where the bot is installed.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (operating the bot and dashboard you use) and, where applicable, your consent — for example, when you authorize the email scope during Discord login.
Your rights as a data subject
You can access, correct, export (portability), and delete your personal data at any time. In the dashboard, under Account, use "Export my data" to download a copy of your drafts and templates, or "Delete my data" to permanently remove your personal data and close your account. How long we retain your data
Your server's content (drafts, templates, scheduled messages) is kept for as long as Shofar Bot stays installed on it. Audit logs are retained for up to 12 months and then automatically deleted. Billing data is retained for the period required by the fiscal obligations of the payment provider in use (Discord or a partner Merchant of Record).
International data transfer
Part of the data processing takes place on Discord's servers and, where applicable, our payment provider's (Merchant of Record) — both may process data outside your country. These transfers follow those providers' own terms of service and privacy policies.
