A background worker checks scheduled messages continuously and publishes each one within 60 seconds of its scheduled time. If a transient error happens, it retries automatically with backoff instead of silently failing.
Edit or cancel until it sends
Change the date, time, or content of a pending schedule at any time, or cancel it outright — the queued job updates immediately. Once a message has already been sent, it can no longer be edited.

Scheduling unlocks starting on the Plus plan. If your weekly message quota runs out right when a scheduled send is due, it isn't lost — Shofar Bot retries it automatically once your quota resets.
